When river conditions permit we offer custom trip combinations. Our most popular is the two day upper and lower river combination with free camping. Other trips can be arranged on different sections of the river in non peak times with advance reservations. Call to book

Half Day Trip
Our most popular trip! A relaxing float with seven miles of riffles, rapids and deep pools perfect for swimming, fishing and picnicking. This trip begins with a short bus ride to our private boat launch and ends in Milltown. Paddle at your own pace. trip takes 3-5 hours

Full Day Trip
This trip offers the best scenery of Blue River and remote wild Southern Indiana. The 14 mile trip begins at our base and ends at the ruins of Rothrock’s Mill, where we will arrange a pickup time for you. Must be 14 or older to take this trip.

2 Day River Trip
This trip is geared for paddling enthusiasts. You will enjoy all Blue River offers including rapids, islands, sand bars, nature, wildlife, cave views, and springs with the added two bonuses: more rapids and more of a work out. Sightseeing varies based on river conditions and time of year.

Millpond Kayak Rentals (Available Onsite)
If you don’t have the time or energy for the half-day trip, our Millpond kayak rental is the ideal choice. Enjoy all the beauty of kayaking in a condensed, two-hour adventure.

Paddle Board Rentals (Available Onsite)
Launch from the Millpond boat ramp and explore the scenic, slow-moving water above the dam. You can paddle all the way up to the historic 64 bridge or turn around whenever you wish. A great day of river fun awaits!

Camping Experience
Have an unforgettable camping experience on the banks of the Blue River. We offer 13 Electric sites, 8 pull-through electric and water hook-ups, 10 primitive riverside sites. All sites come with a river view or on the riverside.
Blue River Bungalow
Discover the Blue River Bungalow, just two blocks from Cave Country Canoes—your perfect getaway with modern comforts. Enjoy AC, heat, washer, dryer, high-speed internet, and TV. The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio offer great relaxation spaces.
