About Us
Mission
Cave County Canoes, a full service canoe and kayak livery, is dedicated to providing a safe and fun recreational experience for all our guests. We also are dedicated to preserving and protecting the environment of Blue River, Indiana's first designated scenic river.
Because of limited development in its watershed, Blue River has been spared environmental problems that have plagued other Hoosier rivers. Cave Country Canoes works with several Indiana organizations in an effort to maintain Blue River's quality recreational opportunities for future generations!
Early History
Cave Country Canoes was established in the fall of 1983. As CCC began promoting and advertising Blue River more extensively, business grew rapidly.
Growth and Improvements
The following operational improvements have been made over the years.

- the furnishing of detailed river maps
- safety videos that provide canoeing instructions

Cave Country Canoes Today
Cave Country Canoes operates a fleet that includes nearly 300 canoes and 200 kayaks, as well as buses and vans. A variety of canoe trips are available to our guests. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced canoeist, we have a trip for you!
